Lunar New Year is coming soon, and The North Face is the latest brand to celebrate the Year of the Fire Horse with a bold, new collection. Coinciding with the brand's 60th anniversary, the special collection is a stunning display of technical innovation and design expertise.

Tying the collection to the Fire Horse, the collection draws inspiration from ancient pottery firing techniques and ink-wash art to create one-of-a-kind patterns for the brand's boldest outerwear yet. Playing with themes of fire and earth, shades of black, red, purple and grey color the collection. Horses gallop across puffer jackets with mountainous backdrops.

There is a mix of high-altitude performance gear and lifestyle offerings, embodying the motto "Never Stop Exploring," whether that is trekking up a mountain or roaming through the city. The M Summit Breithorn Hoodie utilizes 800-fill ProDown to keep you warm on the highest of peaks, and the YOTH Stormpeak FL Jacket is all about about waterproofing.

For everyday wear, the 1996 Nuptse jacket stands out with the collection's fiery patterns, and an Urban Exploration line brings futuristic design to classic, Eastern style for an avant-garde streetwear selection within the capsule.

The North Face's "Year of the Horse" collection is available exclusively on the brand's Hong Kong website and wider Asian and Pacific markets.

In other news, Alpha Industries and Cecilie Bahnsen released a new collaboration.
