Kaia Gerber Is the Newest Face of NARS

NARS has just announced Kaia Gerber as global brand ambassador. Citing the model's close relationship with the brand's founder and creative director François Nars, the duo says they hope to usher in a new era together — fueled by their shared passion for artistry.

"Working with [Kaia Gerber] on this campaign felt like stepping back into the age of the original icons. Those supermodels were more than faces; what I always loved about them was their joy," the founder says in a press release. "They loved the camera, the artistry of makeup and hair and fashion itself. Most importantly, they gave everything in front of the camera, pouring their energy into creating the most beautiful images possible."

As the new face of NARS, Gerber's expertise in the fashion and beauty space allows her to add a modern touch to the brand's timeless beauty ethos. For Gerber, the role symbolizes a full circle moment — as François Nars was the first photographer to work with her and NARS products have remained a staple in her collection since she was a child. "Now, becoming the global face of NARS and working with François and this iconic brand feels both surreal and profoundly special," Gerber says.
