At Milan Fashion Week, Pat McGrath Labs brought classic glamour to the Fendi Spring/Summer 2026 runway. The star-studded lineup of models including Paloma Elsesser, Gabbriette, Alex Consani and Amelia Gray sported chromatic glam executed with the brand's cult-favorite products.

Drawing inspiration from the workwear vibes of Fendi's SS26 collection, the show's makeup looks leaned more subdued and sophisticated, with details like natural lip looks and flushed cheeks. When conceptualizing the looks, McGrath says that her main focus for the glam was "fresh, cinematic skin and unique character."

Furthermore, the glam was tailored to suit the individual models in order to better capture their skin tone and features, "Each model’s liner and lip was customized — ranging from soft nudes to bold burnt oranges — to amplify [their] individuality," McGrath says.

Although more subtle than McGrath's previous runway work, the makeup looks at Fendi emphasized the fashion house's ethos of elevated luxury and timeless femininity. The makeup artist finds that the result was clean yet impactful beauty that felt modern, chromatic and unapologetically personal.
