Liverpool Announces Global Fashion Partnership With Tommy Hilfiger

Liverpool has launched a new partnership with Tommy Hilfiger, announcing the New York-based brand as its global fashion partner. This is the first time the American heritage brand has worked in football, and teaming up with one of the most successful clubs in European history is a major statement. Tommy Hilfiger will dress both the men's and women's teams for select match days, with the collaboration including exclusive collections and global campaigns.

To announce the partnership, the brand called upon some of Liverpool's current first-team figureheads for an introductory campaign, including men's captain Virgil van Dijk, Florian Wirtz, Hugo Ekitike, Gemma Bonner, Leanne Kiernan and Dominik Szoboszlai. Dressed in Tommy Hilfiger's signature preppy silhouettes, the club is ushering in a new era of fashion.

Liverpool previously had an ongoing fashion partnership with Converse, releasing special capsules with the brand each season inspired by the club and local Merseyside community. However, with their Nike contract ending and a new kit deal with adidas, Tommy Hilfiger is filling the sartorial void at Anfield. With most major clubs joining forces with the biggest names in fashion, from AMIRI to Louis Vuitton, Liverpool is finally catching up fashion-wise.

In other news, Hattie Crowther turned iconic football kits into winter hats for a limited drop.
