Lyst, in addition to its viral "Index," just released its 2025 Year in Fashion, combining fashion's biggest moments and online obsessions into one big report. Analyzing millions of searches, product views and online shopping behaviors, Lyst's 2025 recap features this year's it-products, it-couples and even it-weddings.

"Fashion has been fundamentally rewired online. In 2025, we each live in our own personalised algorithm, but Lyst insights prove that the right moments can still break through and dominate. In fashion, those cultural flashpoints are the signals that shape demand. Conversation, searches, saves, screenshots, and shares reveal how fashion now flows, who holds power in that process, and why certain brands or pieces become undeniable," said Katy Lubin, Lyst's Vice President of Brand and Comms, in a press release.

Kicking things off, the report sees Miu Miu crowned Lyst's top brand of 2025, driving a 138% rise in demand since 2022. Next, Lyst states that our bag of choice this year was undoubtedly Chloé's Paddington Bag, driving a 575% spike in demand around the time of its relaunch. Of course, the bag is desirable enough on its own, but its rise in popularity was definitely helped by the celebs who wore it, namely Rachel Sennott, Dua Lipa and Alexa Chung.

Prada's Collapse sneaker was also mentioned as one of this year's most popular styles, along with Kendrick Lamar's Celine flares. In terms of moments, Demna's appointment at Gucci took the top spot, along with Charli XCX's wedding, the unescapable Labubu craze and the final season of The Summer I Turned Pretty.

Finally, Pedro Pascal was dubbed 2025's "Aura Dresser," Harry Styles and Zoe Kravitz were named this year's "Clout Couple" and the award for most divisive silhouette of the year went to The Row's $600 Dune flop-flop.
