Ashley Williams Wants You to Accessorize With Pimple Patches

Back in 2022, Starface was the first pimple patch to hit the runway — and at Ashley Williams' Spring/Summer 2026 show this London Fashion Week, Starface made yet another appearance with the debut of its new Tiny Star patches. The beauty looks emphasize the collection's ethos of "simple pleasures," with the Starface patches tying in an especially relevant self-care element.

When it comes to the partnership, designer Ashley Williams found that Starface embodied the playful elements that played an essential role in shaping the SS26 collection. "I've always loved Starface and how they celebrate finding joyous moments in day-to-day life that we've traditionally been conditioned to hide. What they do to empower authenticity through skin, is the same as what we do at Ashley Williams to help our community to express themselves authentically, be themselves and not take things too seriously while they do it. Life should be joyous," Williams says in a press release.

With skincare serving as a formidable part of fashion month shows, details like pimple patches have become full blown accessories — in addition to being essentials for makeup prep. While Hydro-Star pimple patches have become synonymous with cool girl beauty routines, their integration into the runway world is further proof that they're much more than just a short-lived trend.
