Boy Smells has just unveiled its citrusy "Solar Drip" perfume and in honor of the launch, the brand tapped Lexee Smith, creative director of Addison Rae and Jack Cameron Kay of Netflix's Boots, to star in the vintage-inspired campaign. Just like the fragrance, the shoot captures the essence of all things warm and bright.
Drawing inspiration from hot days at the beach and sun drenched landscapes, the campaign harps on the golden hour feeling "Solar Drip" evokes — described by Boy Smells as "warm skin, bright citrus and that effortless glow that lingers long after the sun sets." Although winter is only beginning, the brand hopes the new scent will inspire that same optimistic warmth the hot months bring.

Infused with pomelo, mango, fresh linen, orange blossom and ambrox, "Solar Drip" is said to be fresh and fruity yet wearable enough for the everyday. While it opens up with bright, citrusy pomelo and mango, it deepens with linen and orange blossom before finally drying down with a musky touch of ambrox — a scent profile that's heavily influenced by Boy Smells' affinity for complex notes.
"Solar Drip" retails for $78 USD and is available for purchase on the brand's website.
