Louis Vuitton's New Wallets Are Making Sports Chic

Louis Vuitton has relaunched the Monogram Sports collection, depicting snapshots of different sports on an array of small leather goods. The collection originally launched earlier this year, but now it's back with two new colorways for your pocket's consideration.
The collection includes wallets, card holders, pocket organizers and passport covers painted with miniature, Werner Bronkhorst-esque scenes of basketball games, alpine skiers and tennis serves against Louis Vuitton's monogram. The original four colorways were "Ski White," "Pool Blue," "Tennis Clay" and "Golf Green," with "Basketball Blue" and "Skateboard Pink" joining the fold for the new season.
Louis Vuitton has always been a gold mine for playful accessories, with the monogram acting as the perfect canvas for bold designs and bright colors to take center stage. Soccer balls and lobsters turned into handbags, monogrammed binoculars and iridescent carryalls have created some of the most viral runway moments in recent seasons. This fun take on practical lifestyle items might not be as kitschy and camp as the maison's other designs, but the concept is oh-so Vuitton.
The Monogram Sports collection is available to purchase now on the Louis Vuitton website and select luxury retailers.
