Bianca Saunders Unveils an Exclusive Capsule With the Tate

It might be considered cliché to say that fashion is art, but in this case, it actually is. Designer Bianca Saunders is partnering with the Tate in London to release an exclusive four-piece capsule reimagining the art of British painter William Blake.

Inspired by the works The Good and Evil Angels (c.1795–1805) and The Simoniac Pope (1824–7), the collection features a sweater, long-sleeve top, hat and scarf. The capsule is designed to be non-gendered and developed consciously for longevity, reflecting the designer's commitments to gender fluidity and thoughtful production. The tops feature organic, flowing prints and natural tones, while the hat and scarf see an almost pixelated design in bright reds and oranges. This is the perfect addition to your Fall/Winter 2025 wardrobe.

The project is created exclusively for Tate and marks the first in a new series of fashion-forward initiatives, with the museum's design-led retail offerings previously including brands like Lazy Oaf and Swatch. Speaking of the collection, Saunders shared, "It has been inspiring to engage with William Blake's imagery and bring his powerful symbolism into dialogue with my design practice."

It feels as though the fashion and art worlds are embracing each other more each year, and these initiatives are the perfect way to engage more people on both sides. The collection will be available to buy via the Tate Shop website from October 23. Be quick, supplies are extremely limited.
