Here's Your First Look at Princess Peach in the New 'The Super Mario Bros. Movie' Trailer

The first official trailer for The Super Mario Bros. Movie has finally arrived, giving viewers a closer look of their favorite video game characters, including Mario (Chris Pratt), Princess Peach (Anya Taylor-Joy), Luigi (Charlie Day), Donkey Kong (Seth Rogen), Bowser (Jack Black) and Toad (Keegan-Michael Key). The new preview comes nearly two months after the first teaser was released.

In the official trailer, the plot of the film is presented. Bowser is trying to take over the world; however, Mario is in the way. Princess Peach decides to help Mario and forms an army with Toad and other citizens of Mushroom Kingdom.

"There's a huge universe out there with a lot of galaxies," says Peach. "They're all counting on us ... No pressure."

The Super Mario Bros. Movie is expected to hit theaters on April 7, 2023. Watch the first official trailer above and revisit the teaser below.
