Selena Gomez Embraces Vulnerability in the New 'My Mind & Me' Teaser Trailer

Selena Gomez has released the first official teaser trailer for her upcoming Apple TV+ documentary, My Mind & Me.
The teaser features clips of Gomez experiencing all kinds of emotions: happy, sad, excited, etc. Though the teaser is only a few seconds long, it's clear the Only Murders in the Building actor will give an inside look into her private world.
Gomez shared the clip on Instagram with the following caption: "My Mind & Me. We don’t get along sometimes and it gets hard to breathe … But I wouldn’t change my life."
According to a previous press release, the project will focus on Gomez's achievements as well as her personal challenges. "After years in the limelight, Selena Gomez achieves unimaginable stardom. But just as she reaches a new peak, an unexpected turn pulls her into darkness," reads a statement. "This uniquely raw and intimate documentary spans her six-year journey into a new light."
My Mind & Me premieres on Apple TV+ on November 4. Watch the teaser trailer below.
