Louis Vuitton is giving us a brand new insight and peek behind the scenes with a book titled "From Louis to Vuitton." The publication will offer a brand new insight into the LV universe with deep dives into each Artistic Director, a tracing of the House's history from the 14-year-old founder to today's worldwide influence.
Published by Assouline and written by Arthur Dreyfus, the book also includes a foreword by Pietro Beccari, the current President and CEO of Louis Vuitton. The publication explores the traditions, creations and contributions of its Artistic Directors, alongside insights into the Asnières workshop and the House's founder, who left home at age 14 to go to Paris, where the OG luggage maker became the world-renowned label it is today.
"From Louis to Vuitton" showcases the stores as architectural gems, the fashion, accessories and everything around them through their design directors and spotlights its lifestyle commitments through travel and sports. Featuring 320 images, 406 pages and 54 thoughtfully explored themes, a nod to the House's founding year, 1854, the book can be experienced in any order and provides a uniquely intimate view of one of the most significant names in the industry.
Featuring a Damier-style case and a bright yellow cover referencing the saddle stitch, "From Louis to Vuitton" will be available from November 3 on the Louis Vuitton and Assouline websites, alongside both the brand's respective stores.
