Bad Bunny the Baddie Memorialized in New Photo Book

Acclaimed filmmaker and photographer STILLZ announces the release of his latest book, providing an intimate visual look into the career of Puerto Rican musician Bad Bunny.

Expired film may be disposable to many, but for some photographers, the mystery of how the film roll will develop is all part of the allure. For STILLZ, that mystery created a new world of Bad Bunny artifacts now featured in "Bad Bunny by STILLZ."

Now, never-before-seen moments such as backstage candids take the form of STILLZ's photobook, or as the press release states, "a pop culture time machine." Each photo was shot exclusively on vintage Polaroid film, and explores Bad Bunny's "friendships, music, fame, nostalgia and authenticity," the press release shared -- including that photo of Benito in drag.

More than just a photo book, however, this project features over six years of intimate moments, from 2019 to 2025. From Bad Bunny's experimentation with fashion to chill moments off stage, each comes to life on expired film from the '70s.

The new offering also subverts the usual chapter list at the beginning of the book and instead chronicles Benito's best moments by city and year -- just like his best performances.

Take a peek into STILLZ's newest drop via the main gallery above. Purchase now exclusively at the "No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí" Residency.
