London-based artist Lauren Luxenberg is premiering an eight-part film, dubbed "In Power," that dissects the relationship we all carry with control — and what happens when we lose it. Luxenberg, who often collaborates with brands like Prada, Nike and Audemars Piguet, often channels an '80s-infused lens shaped by a feminine perspective.

Produced by Only Child with creative direction by Finn McAllister, the collaboration with The Art House is an "invitation" to explore our connection with strength.

"I wanted to give the team the freedom to express their interpretation of the concept — what they felt when they read the treatment. They captured it perfectly," Luxenberg said in a press statement. "This is a deeply collaborative project that's personal to me, but also deeply personal to women. I wanted to give them a canvas to express whatever they felt when they truly understood the heart of the message."

To bring "In Power" to life, she leaned into bright, statement-making makeup reminiscent of the era, collaborating closely with a team of artists to amplify her vision.

When it came to the glam, Luxenberg worked with Dasha Taivas to give the actors "radiant skin and a natural glow." She used Pixi's "On the Glow" Highlighter Stick, Isamaya Beauty's "SKINLACQ" Triple Hyaluronic Glow Serum and Vaseline's Intensive Care Body Oil in "Cocoa Radiant" to help embody the concept.

As for hair, Sharon Robinson, wig, hairpieces and hair artist, ensured that individuals' looks felt intentional and expressive. "There were so many standout moments for me, but the one that truly stayed with me was the imagery of the car and the child. It made me think about myself at seven years old. Back then, I believed I could change the world and help people. That memory resonated with me," Robinson said in a press statement. "In many ways, my younger self is the one driving me now, guiding me through these later years. That realization was incredibly powerful."
