Marine Serre Just Dropped Homeware and We Are Obsessed

Marine Serre just unveiled the first instalment of Marine Serre Maison, evolving the brand's distinctive design language through homeware. For the first chapter, the designer collaborated with upcycled pieces from the Faïencerie de Gien, a French tableware manufacturer founded in 1821.

Leaning into the history and heritage of Gien, found in the heart of France's Loire Valley, the collection blends Serre's unique approach to design with tradition, function and symbolism. Featuring the designer's signature crescent moon motif, the collection includes a dinner plate, a dessert plate, a coffee cup with a saucer and a mug. Each piece has been carefully crafted in GIEN's workshops using locally-sourced materials.

"[The] Marine Serre house goes far beyond fashion. It felt only natural to develop the lifestyle side of the brand. Gien has always been a reference, and this collaboration reflects our shared values: preserving meaningful craftsmanship in a world driven by speed. Our iconic monogram now lives on a different kind of canvas—steeped in memory, as always made from upcycling for daily life," Serre notes in a press release.
