Billie Eilish's Dedication To Cover Art Is Insane
info@hypebae.com (Hypebae) Mon, 19 May 2025 HypebaeAs news broke that Billie Eilish's "Hit Me Hard and Soft" tour sold out, behind-the-scenes footage of her last album's cover art went viral.
"It's time that we start talking about just how badly Billie will inconvenience herself just to get the specific visual she wants to capture," a fan tweeted. "I don't know of any other artist that would do this and I seriously appreciate having somebody like her in the industry."
Underneath the tweet featured a video of the "CHIHIRO" singer in scuba gear. As she completed her deep breath, she dropped to the bottom of the tank and soon, the famous door on the album's cover became visible. According to the tweet, the album cover art took about seven hours underwater to perfect.
"This is exactly how I feel listening to this album omg," a fan tweeted in response to Eilish sinking slowly. Another added, "That dedication shows in the final art."

Surprisingly, some fans were not impressed. "I spend 8 hours at work every day," someone commented. Elsewhere, others were shocked that the album did not win a GRAMMY Award, given the effort Eilish put into the project.
