Here's Everything We Know About 'The White Lotus' Season 3

Just a few days ahead of the release of The White Lotus Season 2, showrunner Mike White revealed updates on a potential third season of the buzzy HBO show.

Speaking to Deadline, White shared, "We just turned in our last episode to the network yesterday, so it’s hard to think about the next race. But if we did, I think it’d be fun to maybe go to a whole different continent. You know, we did Europe, and maybe Asia, something crazy like that, that would be fun."

The third season of The White Lotus has yet to be officially confirmed. However, White suggested that Jennifer Coolidge from the series' original cast could return once again. "Jennifer is my friend and everybody loved her in the first season, and I was like, ‘I can’t go to Italy without Jennifer.’ And maybe that’s still the case. Like, maybe you can’t go to Japan without Jennifer, either. There are so many fun actors we’ve worked with so far, so it’s just kind of like who’s available."

After its inaugural installment filmed in Hawaii, the second season of the show will follow a new group of travelers in Italy, with Coolidge being the only member from the original cast. The actor will be starring in the new season with Aubrey Plaza, Will Sharpe, Sabrina Impacciatore, Theo James, Meghann Fahy, F. Murray Abraham, Adam DiMarco, Tom Hollander, Michael Imperioli, Haley Lu Richardson, Leo Woodall, Beatrice Grannó and Simona Tabasco.
