Drake's Better World Fragrance House Launches First-Ever Eau de Parfum

Better World Fragrance House, Drake's luxury candle brand, is finally introducing its first eau de parfum. "Summer Mink" is what we'd expect from the rapper, who teamed up with Michael Carby of Givaudan to create a scent that prepares us for warmer weather.

Meant to mimic a beachy breeze, the olfactory experience of this fragrance immediately takes us to one of the many tropical destinations Drake frequents, where he often enjoys himself on the most luxurious vacations.

Inspired by the feeling of "wearing mink in the summer," this gender-neutral perfume (or cologne) takes its inspiration from of juxtaposition. At first, you can smell its refreshing top notes of Italian citrus, clary sage and petitgrain, giving off a fruity vibe. Then, it opens into its heart, where jasmine sambac and rose oil sit — this is where the regal and luxe "wearing of a fur coat" is experienced. Finally, when donning "Summer Mink," you'll mostly  off its base, which is made of vetiver, ambrofix and musk.

"'Summer Mink' was inspired by a yin-yang principle of fusing warm, creamy base notes with cold spices and sparkling citruses,' said Carby in a press statement. "The ingredient composition was uniquely crafted to reflect a multinational culture with aspirations toward a better world."
